Blackwell Public Library to shorten hours due to extreme heat; A/C failure

The City of Blackwell announced Thursday afternoon that the Blackwell Public Library would be temporarily adjusting its hours due to the extreme heat and the fact that the air units in the upstairs section of the library are down.

The Blackwell Public Library will be open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and closed on Saturdays until further notice.

The Blackwell Public Library encouraged all patrons to be safe in the summer heat and apologized for any inconvenience.
