City announces Splash Pad will remain open despite pool closure

The City of Blackwell confirmed Friday morning that the Splash Pad at the Blackwell Memorial Pool will remain open for the 2024 Summer Season in the wake of yesterday's abrupt pool closure.

The Splash Pad will remain free to the public and will be open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily.
