Spaghetti dinner fundraiser to support Blackwell wrestling Nov 25

There will be a spaghetti dinner fundraiser to support Blackwell Wrestling next Monday, November 25th from 6:30 pm - 8 pm in the Blackwell High School Study Center. 

Spaghetti or chicken alfredo will be served along with salad, bread, and a dessert.

There is no set cost per plate, as it will be by donation. 

“We want everyone to be able to come enjoy a good meal & meet our wrestlers,” said Haley Goff.

That same night, the wrestlers will be having an exhibition-type practice- Coach Cline has opened it up for the youth to come and watch. 

“The plan is to have them finished and over to the dinner around 7 pm to do a meet & greet and help out,” Goff explained. 

“We will have a dessert auction and be selling any mat corner spaces we have left available for the season. Mat corners are a place for businesses to advertise during home duals. They’re a 2ft by 3ft logo that go on 3 corners of the mat- the 4th corner is always kept open bc it has Coach Charles Hetrick’s signature, who our field house is named after.”
