Blackwell Student Invited to Perform at State Basketball Championships

Blackwell High School vocal students Breannah McCurry and Paige Culver recently submitted auditions to OSSAA for the opportunity to perform the National Anthem at the Class A & B Basketball Championships.

Breannah McCurry was invited to perform at the new OG&E Coliseum on March 11. She sang the National Anthem prior to the Washington vs. Metro Christian Girls 3A State Championship game, which Washington won 60–43.

The Blackwell Vocal Department is proud of these students for representing their school and for their willingness to share their talents with others across the state.
